For more than 40 years, I've been fighting the left's attempt to control our daily lives and undermine our national culture. But today, I'm more afraid for America's future than ever before. I'm afraid about the kind of America we will be leaving our children and grandchildren -- a land where government will be dictating what they do, what they say, what they buy, and what health care they are permitted to receive, while they are smothered in high taxes and multi-trillion-dollar debt.

Obama's Health Control law is not only bad and expensive, it is dangerous to your health, your pocketbook, and your freedom.

The Health Control law will force everybody to buy health insurance. that's how Obama got the insurance companies to support this law. But you won't be able to choose the kind of health insurance you want. Obama's Czars will specify what care you can and cannot receive.

Rationing is the way these bureaucrats plan to keep costs down. Get ready for the bureaucrats to rule that you are too old to be worth an expensive operation or test. And how will the Obama Administration enforce its dictates? Obama announced that he will hire 16,000 new Internal Revenue Service agents to audit your tax return and bank account in order to make sure you pay for the kind of health insurance you are ordered to buy.

If you don't obey IRS orders, you will get hit with a big fine. IRS can withhold your tax refund or even garnish your wages.

This kind of government surveillance is repulsive to American freedom. The IRS will work with the Department of health and Human Services to inspect your most personal information in order to find out whether you and your doctor are complying with the new Health Control law.

This Health Control law is the greatest domestic threat to our liberty in our country's history…. It's time for all Congressional candidates to tell the voters which side they are on. That is why my new campaign is so important … to get the candidates … to take a stand to REPEAL? and REPLACE the Obama-Pelosi-Reid Health Control Law.

We are not alone in this battle. Here are some signs that give me hope.

1. Opposition to this Obamanation is manifesting itself in Tea Parties, Town Hall Meetings, a tsunami of phone calls to the U.S. Capitol, and spontaneous demonstrations in unprecedented numbers.

The American people have figured out that the issue is not just health care; it's whether Obama will succeed in "fundamentally transforming" the American nation, the first leg of which is to put complete control over every individual's health into the hands of government bureaucracies.

2. The revolt against Obama's "transformation" of America has reached state capitols all over the country. Virginia and Idaho already passed a Freedom of Choice in Health Care Act to protect their right to make their own health care and health insurance choices without being penalized. Similar measures are under consideration in 35 other states.

The Attorneys General of Virginia, South Carolina and Florida are suing the federal government because the health Control law is unconstitutional in forcing all Americans to buy a certain type of health insurance. that's just as unconstitutional as it would be to force all Americans to buy an automobile loaded with a specified bunch of costly extras.

4. Some states are starting the process to recall their senators who voted for the Health Control law. A New Jersey court has already held that voters can gather signatures to put a recall on the ballot….

The American people now realize that the Health Control law is a major weapon to carry out Obama's plan to transform America into a country of incredible debt, government control of industries, redistribution of taxpayer's earnings and savings to non-taxpayers, and massive authority exercised by weirdo Czars.

The New York times is even gloating that passage of the Health Control law means that Obama has reversed the economic policies of Ronald Reagan.

The American people are not going to accept Obama's transformation of our country. We must repeal Obamacare."
